I’m at a point in my life where peace of mind has become one of my highest priorities.

I can be so anxious, terrified, fearful, doubtful, down, moody and emotional.
Even in the lowest, most tremulous times, I can take the bottle full of all my heart is holding and pour it out before God, and something beautiful happens.
I’m not alone. I am wrapped up in His care, surrounded with the warmth of His love for me, enveloped in His presence.
It’s okay to feel. You don’t have to suffer in loneliness, or let it overcome you.
Take it to Jesus. He is there for you. He will soothe the pain away and give you peace.
He will take your heart and mend it, He will fill your emptiness to the brim with all He is- the goodness, the joy, the peace only He can give.

like a seed buried in soil, it is at once our nourishment and our struggle.
